How many homeowners will you all create?
For now that number is 3 million.
Why only 3 million homeowners?
Because this is a system that requires balance.
Do you all have to signup all your members before the plan starts?
No, once we cross a certain threshold, and we got all investors lined up we can start the process of creating homeowners.
Do I have to become a member to use your system to become a homeowner?
Yes, it’s what balances the system out and create financial stability.
Once I get on the list how long will it take for me to become a homeowner?
Really, that depends on you. You could be the first person or the last, our system gives you the option to make that happen (financially).
How much home can I afford?
We specialize in homes that’s affordable, and at market price. We don’t allow our members to purchase homes that are over priced.
What size home can I purchase?
size doesn’t matter, price does.
I only work part time, can I afford a home?
Do you already pay rent? then you shouldn’t have a problem paying a mortgage. as stated, we check to make sure you can afford a home before we give you one. Even if you traditionally can’t afford a home, we can still turn you into a homeowner the using the untraditional way.
Does it matter where I live?
Know, our (Plan A) works anywhere in the 50 states and Washington D.C.
Can I be an investor also?
Yes.
Are these just single family home’s?
No, they are all the above. Long as you can afford it, we can make it happen (Remember, we create affordable living not lavish living).
