- Willing to help find investors that would love to make money by financing homes for our members.
- And pay the deposit to be on this particular investment plan, also fund the development of our credit union.

We’ll provide the list below to help you advertise to potential customers?
- You will get a dedicated homepage on www.UrbanFamilyMovement.Com to send all potential customers that you recommend, this page will record all your sales leads.
- You will get a business card template that will have your information that describe you as a member, with your homepage on it.
- You will get a flyer template that will have the same information as your business card, but more descriptive, pointing to your personal homepage on our site.
- When the credit union has been established you will automatically be given a credit/savings account where all your funds from this program will be deposited on a monthly basis.

A. Every month you will receive a certain portion of the $100,000 dollars

A. You will fund the down payment for the member that’s getting the home

A. Because your money is tied to the property and you are a member of the credit union where the money for that property is held at.
Q. As an investor, how much money will it cost me to join?
A. $3,300
Q. How much money will an investor have to put into each real estate deal?
A. Each property closing cost will be $1,000 to $4,000 and that will be the investors responsibility to cover.
Q. How much will an investor make from each deal?
A. Profit of $3,000
Q, How long will it take for an investor to get the $3,000 profit + $3,000 closing cost back?
